The location was very convenient, close to many western restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. It also had a regularly scheduled ferry to Gulangyu Island, known as “Piano Island,” and easy access to the lake and ferry terminal. the breakfast offered a nice variety and was enjoyable, and the check-in process was smooth.

Luxurious place, it has really helpful staff especially with the doorman. The atmosphere of the hotel is exclusive!

The hotel is gorgeous and clean, nestled in a really good building with great view of the sea and mountain side. The location is good and not far from a subway station. There is Carafe Coffee Roasters nearby for a cup of coffee...

The hotel is situated in a very central area, just a short walk from the shopping district, public transport, and the park and flower garden. It is also conveniently close to the party area. Everything was excellent, including the delicious breakfast with canapés.

Pan Pacific Xiamen is a stunningly beautiful hotel with quick and friendly staff, especially the doorman. the rooms are wonderful, and the bathrooms are well-appointed. the check-in process is quick, and check-out is just as efficient. Its marvellous location is close to many restaurants, Gulangyu Island, known as the “Piano Island,” and the downtown area, all just a short 5-minute walk from Lewes Priory Park. Everything is handled smoothly and effortlessly.

The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond what was required. They were always happy to answer questions, provide suggestions, and help book local tours. The spacious room had great views of the water, with a small but convenient swimming pool. The hotel is modern, clean, and upscale with a good location close to attractions and transportation. The breakfast buffet had delicious options, including a variety of Western dishes. The hospitality by Daisy and Emma at the front desk was wonderful. The Pacific Club Suite, although lacking some amenities, was still lovely and well-maintained. Hailing a cab was easy, and the hotel was a short distance from the ferry terminal and shopping street. it was a fantastic stay with amazing service and comfortable accommodations.

As a frequent traveler, I have stayed in numerous hotels and I must say that my stay at Pan Pacific Xiamen was quite pleasant. Although I was only there for transit during my travels, I was impressed by the hotel's convenient location in the heart of Xiamen's financial district. With the Metro line 2 Jianye Road Station just 100 meters away and the bus station a mere 30 meters away, getting around the city was a breeze. the hotel was only a 5-minute walk from Jianye Road, making it easy to explore the local area.

The room could have been cleaned in a bit more detail.
